With the deep integration of domestic robots and artificial intelligence, the traditional online data standardization mechanism is inadequate. Combined with the recent practice of family information leakage, it is urgent to bring the collection of family data into the legal orbit. The core goal of this paper is to take the data classification and protection system established by the Data Security Law as a theoretical tool, systematically identify the legal risks of data collection in the process of domestic humanoid robots providing services, construct a data classification and classification list suitable for embodied intelligence scenarios, and put forward targeted legal regulation paths and compliance suggestions.
